About Farid Said

Welcome. I am simply someone who enjoys learning, exploring new ideas, and working on interesting projects. My journey has taken me to different places and fields, and I try to grow and discover something new every day.

My name is Farid Said Marzouk Farid, and I am originally from Egypt. In late 2017, I moved to Russia to pursue my studies in mechatronics and robotics, and I have been living here ever since. Currently, I hold a permanent residence permit (ВНЖ) and reside in Rostov Region.

My passion for engineering began even before I started my university studies and has steadily grown over the years. I completed my bachelor's degree in 2022, obtained my master's degree in 2024, and am currently pursuing my PhD.

For me, it has always been important not only to study theory but also to apply this knowledge practically. For instance, during my studies, I developed a universal vertical CNC milling machine capable of operating with various tools, including a standard ballpoint pen. It was rewarding when the university committee highly appreciated my project.

I always strive to approach tasks logically and responsibly, analyzing problems carefully to propose effective solutions. I enjoy working with CNC systems, 3D printers, and other technical devices, continuously seeking new knowledge and opportunities for self-development. I particularly enjoy hands-on work—building and improving various technical devices—and I also have a keen interest in sports, keeping physically active.

Apart from engineering, I enjoy learning new things, adapting to diverse conditions, and communicating with people. Living and studying abroad have provided me with many new experiences and allowed me to become fluent in Russian.

I am always open to new interactions and projects, believing that a willingness to learn and adapt is essential for any good engineer.
